Call for Papers

ICTer International Conference is the successor to the seminal International Information Technology Conference (IITC) held in Sri Lanka since 1998. The ICTer conference is a unique opportunity for researchers and practitioners alike to present research results and practical deployment in the Computer Science and Information Technology domains. The abstracts of accepted papers appear in the conference’s Book of Abstracts (Online: ISSN 3021-6796, Print: ISSN 3021-6788). The full papers are published in a special issue of the ICTer Journal (https://journal.icter.org) which is the open-access companion of the ICTer International Conference.

The topics of interest includes, but not limited to:

Instructions to the Authors:

  • Please use the provided LaTeX template to prepare your manuscript.
    • Please download the LaTeX template here.
  • The initial submission has to be in the PDF file format.
  • A paper can have a maximum of 12 pages, including all the references and appendices.
  • Please remove the author names, affiliations and any other personally identifiable information from the submitted manuscript in order to support the double-blind review process. Manuscripts submitted without blinding will be desk-rejected without a review.
