ICTer 2025 invites the submission of high quality original, and unpublished research papers in all aspects of Computer Science and Information Technology domains. The submissions must not have been published and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere whilst under consideration for ICTer. Accepted papers, in their full versions, will be published by an established academic publisher. Selected extended version of high quality papers will be invited to publish in ICTer Journal (https://journal.icter.org) which is the open-access companion of the ICTer International Conference.

Industry R&D Track
This year we are hosting an industry track to provide opportunities for practitioners to present and discuss about research opportunities, challenges, and emerging technologies based on their practice.
Submission Guidelines
- Please use the provided Springer LNCS format (Word or Latex) to prepare your manuscript.
- Please download the LaTeX or Word template here.
- The initial submission has to be in the PDF file format.
- A paper should have 12 – 15 pages including all the references and appendices.
- Please remove the author names, affiliations and any other personally identifiable information from the submitted manuscript in order to support the double-blind review process. Manuscripts submitted without blinding will be desk-rejected without a review.

The submission and review process of the ICTer International Conference is handled entirely through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
