Call for Papers

The 24th ICTer International Conference invites researchers to submit their original research contributions to be presented at the conference. After a thorough double-blind peer review process, the papers that meet the high standards of the conference will be accepted for publication. The abstracts of accepted papers appear in the conference’s Book of Abstracts (ISSN 3021-6796). The full papers are published in a special issue of the ICTer Journal (https://journal.icter.org) which is the open-access companion of the ICTer International Conference. Please refer to the following author instructions for preparing your manuscript.

The topics of interest includes, but not limited to:

• Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality
• Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Natural Language Processing and LLMs
• Blockchains and Cryptocurrencies
• Embedded Systems and Robotics

• Networks and Distributed Systems

• Please use the provided LaTeX template to prepare your manuscript.
  • Please download the LaTeX template here.
• The initial submission has to be in the PDF file format.
• A paper can have a maximum of 12 pages, including all the references and appendices.
• Please remove the author names, affiliations and any other personally identifiable information from the submitted manuscript in order to support the double-blind review process. Manuscripts submitted without blinding will be desk-rejected without a review.

The submission and review process of the ICTer International Conference is handled entirely through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Please submit your prepared manuscript through the following URL:
