ICTer 2023

The ICTer International Conference is a premier event that continues the legacy of the seminal International Information Technology Conference (IITC), which has been held in Sri Lanka since 1998. ICTer provides a platform for research and technological advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), particularly with a focus on developing sustainable and scalable ICT solutions that target regional challenges. The conference promotes collaboration between academia and industry, facilitating knowledge exchange and the discussion of emerging trends.
